Day of the Dead (Mexico)<\/h2>\n

We talked about the Day of the Dead (D\u00eda<\/em> de Muertos<\/em>) a Mexican Celebration of all the souls that died. We set up an \u201caltar\u201d with a statue of Mary, flowers, and pictures of loved ones that have passed. We did the prayer service<\/a> below and each student remembered someone from his or her family that has died.<\/p>\n

We will do a living Rosary with third grade.\u00a0 We said the Glorious Mysteries. We explained what each of the Glorious Mysteries meant. \u00a0The explanation of the Rosary is on page 15 of the \u201cBlest are We\u201d grade 4.\u00a0 <\/i>This month (October) is the month of the Rosary.<\/div>\n<\/header>\n
